3. Youth Festival was held on May 15, 2017 at the Kent Park Amphitheater by Kırşehir Municipality Youth Center (BEGEM).

At the festival, where the clubs operating within BEGEM set up their own stands; Ney Concert, Whirling Dervish, 15th of July Folk Songs and Folk Dances, Kolpa Music Band Concert, Dj Performance, Signature Day (Muhammed Mazhar Sahin), Chess Tournament, Painting Exhibition, Karaoke Competition, Photography Exhibition, Outdoor Games were held. On where the music and folk dance clubs took the stage together, especially the heroic folk songs and folk dance show was appreciated by the audience.
